By accessing or using Eye in the Sky, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Service scope
Eye in the Sky is an information and operational-support product. Information displayed by the service may be delayed, incomplete, estimated or unavailable. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, official instructions, safety procedures or independent verification.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, copy or reverse engineer the platform, or use information obtained through it to harm people, property or systems.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for activity carried out through your account. MenV4 may suspend or withdraw access where it is needed to protect the service, users or legal compliance.
Intellectual property
The Eye in the Sky service, its design, software, branding and content are owned by MenV4 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those necessary to use the service as permitted.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. MenV4 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or decision-ready information. MenV4 is not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from use of the service.
